I have been using flipkart since years, previously It have an option of customer care in which the customer can directly talk to the executive annd get their problem solved at the same time.
But now they have just removed that, they have a customer care number but you will never be able to talk any of the executive as per my experience, I have tried many times but every single time it said that all the executives are busy, please try again later in some time.
Only thing they provide is, that you can e-mail then your problem, but almost every e-commerce site keeps the facality of customer care service at the phone call, so why not Flipkart.
It's really frustrating when your problem doesn't get solved.
