I had placed till now two orders with flipkart. The first one was a DVD player where in I was said it will be delivered with in 3-4 working days. But I received on the 9th working day(which means 12 week days).Everytime I kept calling for the same, the CS kept saying'Unable to procure' or put in the issues on Bluedart. Again some days before I ordered a PD which said 2-3 working days but it is already 8 days I have not yet received.The Worst part, they are not open to take any Feedback. I wrote a review wherein I was Positive about the product but NEGATIVE on the services of Flipkart BUT THEY REMOVED THE REVIEW FROM THEIR WEB PAGE. There are 100s of reviews where in people write ONLY about the services, not even a SINGLE WORD FOR THE PRODUCT BUT THEY RETAIN ON THE WEBSITE. FLIPKART IS NOTE NOT AT ALL OPEN FOR FEEDBACK OR CHANGES.
