I am absolutely appalled by Flipkart's recent decision to start charging for every tiny service. It is nothing short of a money-grabbing scheme, and it has left me feeling utterly betrayed as a long-time customer.
Flipkart used to be my go-to online shopping destination, renowned for its competitive prices and outstanding customer service. However, their new approach reeks of greed and disregard for their loyal customers.
Imagine my shock when I ordered a simple electronic accessory, only to discover an additional fee for home delivery! Are you kidding me? Home delivery should be a basic service included in the overall cost. But no, Flipkart now sees fit to burden us with extra charges for an essential service that used to be free.
