Got a broken piece, without a proper bill. Raised cases many times but they were closed without any action. No CS executive is ready to tell how to escalate the matter. Never imagined flipkart service will become so horrible. They do not care about customers anymore.
Once they get their money, they are least bothered about the customers. Following are the issues I have: 1. The machine was damaged at the time of delivery. Have not received any communication from Flipkart regarding this inspite of mentioning it in every case. 2. Serial number printed on the bill(provided with the product) was different from that on warranty card and both these were different, I was suggested on 14th March, 2015 that I will get a replacement. As the product was not in stock then, I was asked to wait for 10 days, within which I would get a notification for replacement.
I did not receive any further updates regarding the issue till date. I have been mailing back and forth a lot of times, but every time someone new calls me and without reading the entire case starts asking me what is the issue, and I have to explain everything again and again. This has been an extremely frustrating experience for me. Do they respond if you go to the consumer forum?
