I have been shopping online at Flipkart for low value products earlier with positive experience earlier. On the Billion Dollar Sale day, I had ordered clothes and a Kenstar Induction stove.
The order acknowledgement was prompt and the company honoured the delivery commitment, delivering the goods on the scheduled date. The packaging was good and the goods were delivered in proper condition.
I am happy with the overall experience and would continue to patronize this website, especially, after experimenting with Healthkart and Snapdeal, both of who have let me down during this season.
