In Oct'18, during a Big Billion Sale, I had ordered SM-277 SPARX Running Shoes. The packet was delivered promptly on time but on opening found the Old Shoes in place of new shoes. The shoes inside the packet were very old and used shoes Without any identification of brand. The Ordered shoes were of laces but what was delivered is some old filthy slip-on shoes. The packet was delivered inpacked and original packing from Flipkart.
The complaint was raised immediately on the same date of packet was delivered. The Customer Care person promised to help and committed that the same will be picked back and replacement will be provided within 09 working days.
The courier also called me for picking up the packet and when I reached courier to deliver the packet, Courier refuced to accept the Shoes stating that "these are used shoes where as no instruction were provided by Flipkart to lift used shoes. They are authorised to pick on Fresh n New Shoes".
I gain contacted the CC of flipkart, again was promised that same will be communicated to courier and it will be picked in next 3 days. When again I reached courier, they again refused by stating that they have still not received the written commincation from FLIPKART.
The complaint was raised many times again n again but every time Flipkart was wrongly committing about the resolution of my complaint.
Till date no resolution has been provided by FLIPKART and it amounts to FRAUD which I want to alert all customers. "NEVER EVER BELEIVE FLIPKART, They are into this business just to loot or scoot customers"
They will only provide lip service and will never resolve customer complaints.
They just keep calling and sending you mails & SMS but in reality they are just completing the documentation and are not at all serious to resoolve fraud commited by FLIPKART.
DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART especially DURING ANY SALE GOING ON.
THEY WILL JUST DISPATCH SOME OLD, DEFECTIVE, WORN OUT PRODUCT AND THEN THERE IS NO OPTION FOR CUSTOMER APART FROM RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST.
