I bought redmi prime 2 mobile, delivery was on time as they mentioned in website, . but when I opened the box I found the phone was dead. I thought to gift it to my father but flipkart spoiled every thing. we where upset, .
but good thing is when I raised a complaint the flipkart team reacted soon, got good response from technical team and collected dead phone and refund has done.
online shopping is not secured but we have no other choice to make things quicker and easy.
hope you understood.
flipkart, recheck the product twice twice twice before you deliver goods to customer.
