I am a member of Flipcart e-Commerce shopping site for last two years and found all its services better than any other similar sites. They have given me no chance to make any complaint about their service or products I bought through them.
While on the subject I must mention one of my bad experiences though. I had bought a set of 10 LED 15 watt bulbs from the site which did not last even for a single day as three of them fused as soon as I put them into the holder and switched on.
I immediately reported the matter to Flipcart and asked for replacement which they did without any delay or charging me anything. But the second lot was even worse and ultimately I had to ask for refund. The site arranged for pickup and deposited the full amount in my Flipcart wallet.
I recommend this great shopping site to everyone who is reading my post but check the warranty and return policy before buying any item.
