I have been a regular purchaser from Flipkart and when I needed a Tv, I decided to buy one feom Flipkart. I was not sure if paying Rs 36000 to an online merchant was worth it or not and I have not been disappointed. I received the TV as communicated to me within 7 working days. The packaging was done well and the transporter also was careful while handling it.
As soon as the TV arrived, within minutes I got a call from the company for installation. Flipkart made sure that installation too happened smoothly and was not a harrowing experience. In the past, there were instances when I was unavailable to collect the delivery and the delivery guy made sure to try again a couple of times.
Recently I have noticed that the FlipKart prices are not as cheap as they were before, but I am willing for that premium as long as the service I get is good.
