Received different brand watch. Want to return it. Review on Flipkart

Hi, Recently I purchased fasttrack watch from flipkart. When I got the delivery then after opening the package, I found that there is a different brand watch in the package instead of the one I actually ordered. When I was about to create a return request for the same then my request got rejected. Contacted flipkart and informed them about this issue, they said they will investigate this and il gt back to me. Received their email stating that due to high volume of returns in my account, they il not process my return request and it also written in the email that I il not be able yo login into the flipkart account of mine anymore in the future. This is completely insane and disgusting.First up all, you send me wrong product everytime whenever I purchase on flipkart and secondly, when im creating a return request then you find the high volume of returns in my account. You people should improve your services first and then blame the customers. I paid 2445 /- for this fasttrack watch which I did not received. I want my money back AT ANY COST. if you will not give it then I will surely take this matter to consumer forum. So either refund me my money and activate my account or be ready gor the further consequences.People out there who are reading this review, please tell me how to take legal action on this matter. Would appreciate your suggestions.
