The after sales support sucks. Customer service is horrible. Following is the conversation I had with a staff over phone as my product is faulty:


ME:


Well, your product is broken(told him the details of the faulty function)


Customer Service:


Well I've arranged for a replacement


ME:


If your product stopped working within the first 30 seconds of usage, I don't want a replacement. That replacement will probably stop working right after the 30th day(when replacement guarantee expires). I'll just have wasted money with you guys. Full refund, I want.


Customer Service:


Well we do not offer a Refund(understandable; Company policy.I guess)


ME:


Well then, I've already ordered this product somewhere else since I do not trust your service. How about you replace this product(I picked one with double the PRICE of the initial product.i had no problem paying higher for different item that I need, and hopefully, 'probably' a'better quality')


Customer Service:


Well we do not offer Replacements(understandable again; Company policy.I guess)


ME:(raising my voice)


WTF! From now on I should just order from Amazon or Ebay. They get their stuff right.


Customer Service:


Sir, do not speak in that tone or I will have to disconnect your call.(Understood - Company policy.DEFINITELY)


ME:


I am going to sue you for the kind of product/service you provide.


Customer Service:


Sir, you may do what you want.


ME:


Let me speak to someone else around who's willing to help me out. Transfer me to your supervizor. Now.


Customer Service:


There is no one else available expect me right now.and I'm telling you Sir, I will disconnect your call if you speak in that tone.


is this company a joke? Keep in mind man, there are customers that I've lived abroad for 5-6 years and received better customer service at McDonald's there(which is like a'dhabha' in the US.) than with your silly gimmick of Ebay/Amazon.

Good. good. keep it up. And then if Flipkart can't figure out a reason why they're not half the size of Ebay/Amazon in the next 10 years, I'd gently point towards their behaviour with customers, After Sales. good luck running this company.
