Flipcart is a best site We ordered 1 ton ac by mistake. It should have been 1.5 ton carrier ac. The installer made us realize it is a wrong size. On Nov 03, 2016 the day installer came , we contacted FLIPCART customer service and our return was processed successfully. We got in writing the same day. RETURN ID IS [private info removed]. My daughter Manisha Gandhi ordered this ac and talked to several representatives over a period of one week. Every time she was told that your refund will be processed. Then a week later, another customer service person told that no refund will be given. The email sent earlier was in error. This a case of deception. Because based upon referenced return id we. This ac has come was installed. Now we have 1 ton ac which we are being forced to keep. I think FLIPCART should take a strong action . My contact number is [private info removed].
