Ordered an hp printer ..ink advantage 3525...received it on 6.3.13 at 7 pm; guy insisted to be paid and to leave asap; without giving me the opportunity to check the product; although against my logic...but i conceded
15 minutes later ...discovered that a hardware component pertaining to the scanner/copier was broken and din't work...tried to rope in the delivery guy again so he could take it back and give me my money back; let us just say 'i' could not.
Have been calling them for 5 days now....yes sir; we have arranged for a replacement sir...u call them again....sir the replacement order has not come.....giving me bullshit!
Conclusion: these guys work well for u if all goes well but if something goes wrong like u recieve a faulty/damaged consignment and u'll just keep wondering y the fu** i dint just go to an over the counter shop and buy it!
There u check and u pay and if its still faulty ...u can always catch the guy!
Here ur against thin air!
And also; no matter how much there delivery quibs /protests...tell him to shut the fu** up until u thorougly check your product as it is your money and u dont wanna be running from pillar to post later; he wants to go back...let him!!
But dont pay without checking everything...takes 30 minutes.??...then let it!!
Let flipkart build this additional cost into there business model ...that requires there guy to wait until the product is checked!!
