I was never fond of online shopping till I ordered thru Flipkart. The service and product portfolio is amazing. I had quite a few experience with shopping thru flipkart.
I purchased Samsung Grand Smart phone from Flipkart got a good discount, also I got the phone delivered within 3 days thats amazing. But I found problem with the screen of the phone and the phone was faulty. I approached Samsung Customer care in my city Vapi, Gujarat. They told the problem is new and need to keep the phone with them and they will resolve. I was f.d up. I thought of trying with Flipkart and send an email explaing the problem. Guess. Flipkart replaced the phone with a new one right away. Personnel came, delivered the new phone and took over the faulty piece right away within 5 days. Amazing good service
I have also purchased other items but the above one was valuable. So I shared the complete experience.
