I am regular buyer from flipkart.com.
Excellent site, service and customtakeouter care is also excellent.
I have shopped many books and electronics item from this site.
My every special demand is also meet with great courtesy.
Once While ordering for a book I had asked to send who bunch of bookmark.
And they did the needful while delivering and even specially mention in mail and with delivery that my special demand is taken care of.
I like this attiMr_customtakeouter very much which other site lack to maintain.
Even while delivery they are very commited.
Some time product is delivered same day or next day.
tracking system for courier is also good.
They also call n confirm that product will be delivered in evening all.
Even when they promised to deliver in evening and it was heavily raining in Mumbai.
The guy called and requested that will it be fine if he deliver next day morning and delivered next day before 12:00.
Like how they work with taking confidence of the customtakeouter.
The only problem is that there prices for books are fluctuating like stock market prices.
I had ordered 10 copies of "Stay hungry Stay foolish" for Rs 75/-.
Later [week later] I order another 5 Copies for same price.
They judge the demand and increase the price from 75/- to 105/-.
So I had to go and order from another site additional 10 copies where they were selling for 75/- only.
Later after 2 weeks they brought the price back to 75/- as they see demand falling.
Another problem is that
if before buying u just go on clicking the page of the desired book and they just judge the count and increase the price.
One morning I wanted to but a book and it was quoting rs 115/-.
but I mailed the specific book page to many of frnds and colleague for their opinion and then when I went to place order @ same night it was quoting 165/-.
No reason for sudden increase in price.
Later after 10 days it was quoting back to rs 115/-.
Overall service is excellent.
