Flipkart is the no 1 e-commerce website in india. No doubt its delivery service, packaging and authenticity guarantee is perfect. But there is the thing that disappoints the most is the returning policy. They say that we give 30 days replacement guarantee but when u will decide to return then they will a solution that actually not works and will suggest to contact the manufacturer even after two days of purchasing.
It was about my lenevo k3 note. And the second worst thing is that prices are the highest except that of exclusive launched phones. I have bought a sparx sandals for 1299INR flipkart. After a month when I started using myntra that sandals was for 930 on myntra. While that have the old price 1299 on flipkart.
