I want to share my experience with flipkart.
On maximum times I have ordered different products from flipkart.
Out of 100% I got only 30% geniune products.
One day I ordered JBL headphones they were physically damaged.
Then I returned it.
The service is really very good but the products they supply are not geniune.
I also order Sneekers of All star. They were like used or something in a bad condition.
Then I droped the exchange request to them.
But they refused to do soo.
Then I droped an email to them against them to their manager. Then a person from flipkart called me and asked me to drop a request mail again and the refund or exchange will be done.
Thats why the service is good but not the products.
