I have ordered many products from flipkart in the last 2 years.
I have purchased my first smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 1S from flash sale of flipkart and many clothes but I have never get any defective item with early delivery wiyhin 5-7 days.
I have also contacted their customer care service for some queries and they responded me politely and with sufficient information.
You can see little price difference from amazon, snapdeal but you would not feel any kind of compromise with quality and service and wil love to shop again with flipkart
I am not claiming that rest of the online shopping sites are worst, they are also good I have not shopped much from other sites but ine thing I can tell you is flipkart is one if the best online shopping site.
