Good irresistible discounts thrown in for most products and choice of payment options encourages new shoppers.Tracking your order facility was a boon, the goods were delivered on time, my order placed on Nov 14th 2010 was delivered on Nov 17th (on confirming order they give you the no of days it takes to reach you) the packaging was good (retaining the newness of the book till it reaches you).
