The service part is terribly bad experience and they are interested in escalating issue until it becomes impossible. Just read recent my experience i'm sharing as below,
There is no expert Customer care and flipkart never gives priority in training their front office/on phone employees to understand customer's need and requirement. I had a situation ordered for a King size bed then understood it is not fitting into my bedroom, I have called upon flipkart immediately and tried to put forth a request to exchange the bed with the same cost though. There are only deaf ears, none is interested in finding the genuine reason. I was surprised why did they call and why did they attend the Support call without understanding the basic need of their customer. The call was more of escalating the issue to make customer understand that they cannot do anything on a simple requirement of customer. Further, the order made was on Mar 8th and the expected delivery is on 11th April which is almost a months time to deliver the product which is a obsolete situation and is unproductive. The request what made would have been easily modified if flipkart had any further interest in their customer.
I hope this situation of mine is useful for you guys, let us depend on flipkart anymore. It is not even reasonable. Let me see what I'm going to get?
I mean the quality of the product.
