I am new to online shopping and it was the first time when I have ordered something from flipkart. My experience with flipkart was very good as I got my product delivered very fast and smoothly.
The site is very user friendly I have not faced any problem in placing my order. Earlier I used to think that It is a very difficult task and a person like me who is new to this internet world can not do that but I must say that it was really easy.I got the confirmation massage for my order and step by step update regarding order status and its delivery which makes me feel that I have chosen a right shopping site for me.It has increased my confidence over flipkart. I have taken cash on delivery option for my product The COD option is very good and comfortable I myself do not like to use debit or credit cards for online shopping.The product which I have ordered from Flipkart was blue tooth speakers. The price was reasonable and product quality is good. It is running smoothly till date.
Flipkart has won my confidence in terms of pricing, delivery and quality. I will again and again shop from Flipkart.
