Hello,
I am regular buyer of products from flipkart. Till now I bought so many items.
Some of them was good & some bad.
I recently on 12th Apr 2016 booked one Physiotherapy IFT Machine which is used at medication for pain management. I got one delivery on 17th Apr 2016 but completely wrong item of some one else.
I launched complaint to flipkart.
They responded they will update on 24th Apr 2016.
Again they responded they need more time till 25th Apr 2016.
I also called on customer service but not attended properly.
Again I got respond that they need more time Till 28th Apr 2016.
This is really embarrassing service I got from Flipkart.
I really worry to not to believe on such type of online suppliers.
