Last year my friend asked me to bring the book "What Yong India Wants" written by Chetan Bhagat. I tried in five book shops, but could not find it. So I searched Flipkart the next day and I found it. During my search I found a number of products that attracted me a lot. The book costs Rs.140.00 and my friend didn't have a debit card. So I used my Debit card and gave his address and opted for'proceed to payout.' As it was my first experience with Flipkart I doubted its genuineness, but my doubt is cleared when I saw the secure lock button on the top. Later to my surprise when I checked my debit card balance extra Rs.30.00 is deducted. It is deducted on behalf of shipping as our order total did not cross Rs.300.00. We have received the book in five days from the date of order. From that incident I began to believe Flipkart completely.
No doubt Flipkart would be the best online shopping portal for a few more years. Its best and affordable prices and offers is attracting even middle class families to buy online. Majority of the products available in Flipkart costs a few pennies less than that of offline shopping. The care taken by them in packing the products also plays a major role in customer satisfaction. Generally we find discounts and offers during festive seasons, but Flipkart provides such offers all the time. Flipkart is a customer friendly shopping portal.
