When it comes to online shopping, Flipkart has always been the first choice for me. I have seen few reviews stating that Flipkart does not deliver a good service. But I personally think they have an awesome service. Their products are good and their delivery is always on time. I understand people having bad experiences with it but I think that depends on the area and the sellers as well. Sometimes it is the fault of the sellers that they deliver a damaged product to the customer which effects the reputation of Flipkart as the customer thinks it has everything to do with Flipkart and not the seller. Since they purchased it from flipkart it looks like flipkart cheated on them. But friends, it is not so. Flipkart has different sellers in different areas and whenever you order an item, flipkart contacts the nearest seller to you who has your ordered item available with them. Now, it is the task of the seller to deliver the right product to you, which sometimes they don't. So it is not flipkart's fault totally. But yeah sometimes the flipkart's own employees or rather say the delivery guy does such things that makes it flipkart's fault directly. So I would suggest whenever you have a problem with your delivered item, please don't only spell curses on flipkart but also try to look up the one in fault(either the seller or the delivery person), and raise a complaint against them so flipkart can take some strict action against the one at fault and improvise their service.
