I am used to online shopping. Have experience with Futurebazaar, Indiatimes, snapdeal and many more. I started shopping from Flipkart last year and bought many things till then. Recently, I purchased One Karbonn mobile and Google Nexus tablet. They gave a time frame of 7-10 days to deliver, but delivered much before that in 4 days.
The tablet which I got was not switching on. I called the customer care which suggested me to recharge it. I did that but still no response. I lodged the complaint and replacement was sent by them the next day. Due to weekend, it was not delivered to me and I had to go out of station.
I requested them to deliver it after my coming back. They did it, but by mistake put 1 day prior as deliver date. When I came back, I checked and found that it was marked as not delivered. I informed them that due to some confusion in rescheduling it happened.
They immediately created another replacement request and dispatched it next day and it reached me in 4 days. Courier person, eKART, took the defective one and provided new one in replacement. The new tab is working fine and I am amazed at the excellent way of support from them and good nature.
I strongly recommend Flipkart to all.
