I have placed an order on filpkart.com.before placing order even after placing I called customer care to make sure that the order can be delivered on given address and they confirm me that they are able to deliver on given address after 4 days they told me that they care not able to deliver the product on given address and told me to cancel the order.i then canceled the order.then I called then after 6th day to know the status of refund then they told me that the haven't received the product in there store hence the refund can't be processed, then I asked them when they will receive the product from there store to there store.they told me they don't have any update on that.
I lost my money and not received the product
