They haven't fulfilled my order, there is no follow up from their end - there is obviously a lackadaisical attitude to fulfillment. There customer service process is obviously mis-managed - mails don't get seen or not read, or not acted on. They obviously don't have a system to manage or resolve disputes in a customer-centric way.
Ordering a book should be a seamless experience 99.99% time. it's not so with flip kart. I'm having a below average experience and mostly because they don't seem to be having a strong system to resolve queries / disputes.
The battle continues.
