DO NOT TRUST Flipkart's FRIENDLY Replacement policy. I spent Rs 24000 purchasing a Sansui LED TV from Flipkart. A the the time of the installation and demo, I found the picture quality was sub par and sound was not balanced. I reported that to Flipkart and requested a suitable replacement. But they won't issue a replacement of a different brand without any manufacturing issues. So I wanted to return the item. But even if the TV was hardly a week old and was not even switched on after the installation, they refused to take it back and to my surprise, asked the Sansui Engineer to repair the TV which I didn't ask for.
Shockingly flipkart proudly talking about their Friendly Replacement Policy through out the nation in advertisement in TV and magazines but this is big SCAM like many other online SCAMs in this country. And I am afraid this will continue unless we consumers become more aware and Govt. brings new law for consumer rights.
