Flipkart is detoriating, be very careful . Review on Flipkart

I have ordered many things on flipkart, it used to be good, reasonable prices and fast shipping however they have become very useless now, its even more shady then other online sites, I have had two bad experiences consecutively, I ordered a belt for tummy it has various sizes on the site they did not list any sizes and they sent me XL size which was big for me.

I contacted the customer service and refused to exchange or refund saying its not in their policy, I posted a review on flipkart saying be careful if you order it as they don't let you chose the size and they REMOVED my review I mean what is it? only positive reviews will be on flipkart? everything I write is true and so unbelievable, Flipkart used to be so good and now its run by crooks.

Second instance happened again after a while I  order a bunch of other things and then I waited for  a week to be delivered and then waited another week, then mailed customer service they dint respond after another week I mailed them again they responded after  a few days saying that my ordered is cancelled due to technical issues, I was like what is this are these guys going crazy? So be very careful doing business with them.
