The customer service is good. but the products they keep are either duplicate/ fake .the quality of the product is not good at all. this is my second experience with flipkart .now I wont buy any thing from this site .just now I got my delivery for SHAGUN MOB SET Order ID(OD108057737625174000) and when I opened it .it was broken from the corner .guys for your reference I am attaching photo of the same. this is very disgusting. before this I orderer the Puma Order ID(OD30667555417471400)atom fashion 3 dp Men Running Shoes(BLACK). and when I got the item .the colour was blue . and the fitting is also not proper .and it seemed as duplicate of puma .I am really upset with flip-kart.
