I am not using this site recently but I am using this site for a long time to shop from small thing to big things which includes all the catagories from clothing to books, education and more. This site achieves the greatest cutomer satisfaction by completing their demands and supporting the customers whenever there are problems with the order of the product placed by them or any situations regarding the tracking of program.
The only bad side of this site is that the replacement of product service is not up to the mark according to my personal experience. This happened to me when I had to replace my shoes in exchange of other shoes. The service did not seem to meet my satisfaction there but the site is good otherway to purchase reliable products with the authenticity of the product
