I did not have a negative Star to rate Flipkart. They are the most pathetic company and the only word the call centre knows is "Sorry", I had been ordering from them and off late they started cancelling all the products that they are selling on discount. The reference was Incident:140801-062616.
They advertised toys at 50% off and I orders one for my son worth 2000 and was available for 1100 and they took the order and after two days cancelled the same when it was due for delivery and the reason was they were not able to authenticate my order. I paid if full using my credit card using the OTP and was authenticated by my transaction. Then I came to know it was that flipkart is just wanting to show the transactions and not actually selling products. I then sent them am email after being on call for nearly 30 minutes with an agent and their supervisor and both where as useless as expected. After this They asked me to send an email and I sis the same and all I got was an incident notification adn after that its been a week and no call no email or nothing at all from them. I moved to Amazon, Snap deal adn Cromaretail for my online shopping needs and hope all the people around me and who read this note do not go to flipkart.
An Indian company is an Indian company and are not like the Amazon or Tata group companies who value customers not as a one time person but want us to be going to them again and again.
