Flipkart had launched second flash sell on 9th February, 2016 under 10% Cash back offer on Axis Bank credit and Debit Cards. Cashback was supposed to be credited back by 20th April, 2016. I had ordered two smart phones LeEco under Order ids: OD105186096672068000& another one OD105185484442520000. For both orders, I have not received cash backs in my credit card account. Flipkart executives are not giving proper answers.
On contacting first time, executive told me that on 9th February, 2016 there was no offer while on contacting second time, executive told me that you had made payment by Credit card but offer was valid only on Axis Bank Debit cards. So they are giving different answers and not consistent on what they are reverting to customer. As of now, I dont have that flash sell banner of Flipkart as proof but still I have attached news articles from reputed news companies. I request all of you that while doing flash sell purchase from Flipkart.com, please take screen captures of Flash banner. So that whenever you face problems like this, you have some proof of ongoing offers. If Flipkart.com reviews this article, I request them to look into this matter and issue cash backs.
