Let me tell you that I had purchased 10 products from this site. The list is attached at the end for getting an idea.
My experience is they are very good in prompt delivery.
1) please note that the main difference between other shops and this is that these guys seems to have their own courier front so (fklogistics).
2)second earlier they were selling themselves (seller WS Retail). Now as they are expanding they are allowing other sellers on their site. Recently I had purchased from other seller. But still the delivery time is OK ( about 5 - 6 days )
3) In all cases I did not face any problem like damage etc., It may be just a coincidence I do not know. Secondly it happened so that I need not contact their customer care. So I really can not comment how good or bad they are. I feel once you identify a product after lot of browsing then there is nothing to discuss if they deliver on time. that is the reason.
4)cost wise I will not say this is not the site offering least price. But at the same time it is not very expensive either ( like croma reliance digital) etc., You may be paying some % more. But I thought it is ok since I can not roam around city and find out who is cheapest. Or I
can not place on any xyz site and lose my sleep. second thing is that since this site offers emi on your credit card it is more convenient one way.
5) Variation of price with time: their pricing it seems changes from time to time as per the demand. May be they are offering their first few pieces at more discount and they change it in time. For example the mixer I had bought price X then it went up and then again reduced. Ditto for the Lenovo Phone. So do not rush. do some survey in physical shop so that you some idea about the price.
6) range wise this site may not offering all products always. For example I am planning to buy a laser mfp of samsung. flipkart does not has one. another site(snapdeal) has. but my dilemma is should I place and then worry since the other site has only one star on MouthShut_Official? I don't know. let me see.
