They ask for consent letter for FIR but do not even send its proforma means F.I.R. They threaten to refund or replace but don't give refund or replacement only fool and take time so that customer gets upset and loses courage to ask for refund and replacement. Which was worth ₹ 7000 but it turned out to be damaged and defective. After accepting my replacement request, till today, Flipkart is only turning me around from 20-25 days, instead of giving a reasonable answer, they are mentally harassing me, but neither give refund. No replacement, had I bought the same thing from another platform, I would have got the replacement by now. Please avoid buying expensive from this platform as it costs money and bad luck if the product turns out to be defective or damaged, then refund and replacement at all Also you do not get mental stress free for 20-25 days.
