I purchase products regularly from Flipkart.They deliver promptly and the delivery persons are very polite.One time I was at office when they attempted delivery at my house for an item that I purchased.I was in a hurry to receive the product as I wanted to give it to my friend who is leaving for Dubai the next day evening.So I called up the delivery person and he agreed to deliver the next day without returning it.I received the product punctually on the time he promised.
The products are packed in a sealed packing and the price is also very low compared to other e commerce sites.Anytime we have a problem, we can request the customer care executive to call us, on the website.Flipkart provides 10 days replacement warranty, which is very useful since as we are buying without looking at the product directly, we may not be satisfied when the product comes in our hand.
