Flipkart is one of the best online shopping brand I have ever used.
I have been go through to many other online brands but the flipkart is one of the best amongst all.I had order 2 mobile phones.
By cash on delivery option. Delivery was perfectly on time. But the product was faulty. That was not flipkart's mistake, may be due to shipping issue.
We just have to fill some formalities and within 2 to 3 working days there one of the employee comes near the doorstep and I returned it without facing any problem. That was the thing I loved the most about flipkart.
