I recently ordered tampered glass with order number od104260567434557000 for my infocus m350 after opening the packet i found the glass broken and moreover the flipkart people say that its not their responsibility its a mistake by the courier people.
We are not paying any money to the courier people we are paying to flipkart and they should be responsible for the goods to be delivered in proper health. Very bad service by flipkart.
