I have brought an LG washing machine from flipkart. I must say it;s changing my prospective of online retailing. All these while, I was very vocal about the need for online retailing and its advantages. But my recent experience is forcing me to go conventional. The 2k or 3k diffidence that you give will force prey like me to fall for it then the real trouble starts.
I brought a washing machine, with the advance pyment on 9th November. Today after 10 days of making the payment.payment. Flipkart is disconnecting my call. I have no place to go asking update. Either Flipkart is incapable of handling vendors OR taking outcomes for granted
The same washing machine in the nearest store was costing 3.5k more, with 1 year additional warranty advantage. The delivery is same day and installation is maximum next day. NO need of calling call center 10 times, escalation tickets and all troubles+ no result . I will think 10000 times before making any ore online purchase.
