I would like to share my experience with the recent order placed with flipkart.com. The order was placed on 25th of June for which the estimated shipment date was 26th of June & delivery estimated was 29th of June. The order got shipped on the given estimated date i.e.. 26th of June. The order is to be delivered in Pune.
I don't know why these guys have transferred the shipment from Bangalore to Mumbai instead of Pune. The distance from B'lore to Pune hardly varies from distance from B'lore to Mumbai. They also have used some new courier company ""ekart Logistics [?] Tracking ID: WSRP3414538873 "" .
I also got a reply for the query I had from a CSE Vikram k that the order would get delivered by the end of the day today i.e., .29th of June (Saturday) but till now I haven't received my parcel and also, there is no such estimated date given on the tracking site. Since Friday it shows, "in transit to Mumbai"
Pathetic Service this time.
I'm really unhappy & unsatisfied.
