I bought worst Karbonn A12+ mobile. I received on 20th Nov 2013 in a defective condition. The same day I requested for exchange to Samsung but support person told they cant exchange but can do the replacement.
I accepted and they told their courier person will collect the consignment. It is almost 23 days now. Each day when I call support people, they tell same words repeatedly, "Today we will pickup" but till now no one has come.
I too tried to courier the product with their return Id: 3423550, but courier people did not accept it. What can I do now? Please suggest.
