I have using flipkart for long. In last 4 years I would have purchased products for around Rs 2 lakhs from flipkart. My experience has been good with the site and their support. Though at times I received duplicate products. Like it happened once that I ordered a bag but after receiving the product I found out that it wasnt from the original manufacturer.
So I made a complain and within a day the product was taken back by the flipkart and by the evening the money was back in my account. So it was good.
