Hello friends, few days back I bought ubon speakers worth of rs 650 from flipkart.com but the speakers are faulty and I decided to return it and add return request in my flipkart account and the courier agent come to collect the product after four days and its almost seven days but there is no response from there side and also the customer service is not responding so I decided to complain them via email and on 9th day they called me and said your product reached us and we will add the money in your account in 24 hours once the product is verified but there is no refund initiated from there side and its 13th day. I just have to say that their refund system is very poor
