I ordered a moto e on 18 oct. and they promised me to delivered by 29 oct. I had waited long to get it. though it didnt come yet. customer care has no clue about shipment delivery.
Online tracking status is a big fraud. courier company is another big joke. they just want to sell the items. that it. they do not have proper shipment arrangements like amazon.
And worst part is that they do not care for customers. pathetic company with pathetic services. they should closed down and need to start some local kirana shop. I hope mr. bansal will take care of this.
