WE HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF ONLINE SHOPPING IN FLIPKAR.COM . I really do not know why flip kart has been doing like this to us again again even after repeated complainants from us regarding many issues previously.
We placed an order for So Sweety Self Design Women's Track Pant. Size: L Qty: 2 in 2015. Rs. 379 they collected for single item. After few days I found in another online shopping site the same product was available for less than Rs. 275.
I immediately told my husband regarding the price difference. I was feeling cheated by the flip kart. We have been purchasing many products from the flipkart for so many years. My husband contacted the customer care service executive and informed regarding the price difference through a detailed email. After three days the customer care executive send an email expressing his deep regret and promised to refund the excess amount in to the flipkart e cash. After two days the amount was deposited in the flipkart account. After few days my husband ordered Nicewear Solid Men's Henley T-Shirt Color: Navy Size: XS Qty: 2 Seller: Nicewear .This time we expected that flipkart would take proper steps to deliver the product perfectly. The product was delivered to us after few days. When we opened the product we were shocked to see that XL size was shipped to us and more over XL letters were tampered and under it written XS with pen. The colour my husband ordered was NAVY and the product which was delivered was in BLACK. This is the third incident caused to us by flipkart which shows clear negligence of the services from the flipkart. Again my husband sent an email to the flipkart executives informing the issue. After three days we received a message that the delivery boy was going to come to collect the item from our home. The delivery boy came and inspected the item keenly and promised that it would be replaced with a new one with a correct size. After one day we received a message from flipkart that as the item with size XS is not available they can’t replace the item with the size ordered, they would deposit the amount back in to the bank account or e cash in the flipkart for future use. Finally we purchased another item paying a little extra money. Even the prices compared with other online shopping sites obviously high in flipkart.
