Ordered a data card on 29th sept, they cancelled my order on their own and reflected my amount on in my wallet after one week, after writing a negative post on their facebook wall only I got their attention.
One representative called me and asked me to place an order for the same product using my wallet balance and they will surely deliver the product this time, I tried but now my city is not serviceable. After many follow-ups on their facebook wall they refunded my amount on 15th oct. Flipkart is really going to "flip over" soon.
