Flipkart.com is a online shopping web site.I select this website for online shopping because my friend told me about this site.Today I will tell pros and cons of this web site.
This web site is good for purchase clothes and other fashion accessories.They give good discount. They give good customer service.There delivery is to fast.
I want to share 1 experience with you.In January 2016 I purchased i7 processor from Flipkart. It's cost 30800.I opened the box and see. They send i5 processor.I raised a complaint against my product.They assured me they replace the product in 2 working days. Next day They pickup the product.After 2 days no replacement done.I called customer care and tell them to give me my money back.Again they give me 1 week time .After 1 week they send my money into my bank account.So never ever purchased any gadget or electronic device from Flipkart. THEY send wrong product, used products and defective products.So be ware.
