Untrustworthy Customer Care Service. Review on Flipkart

I have been a regular customer of Flipkart .it used to be very good.I mean when it started I also used to get to customer support for any problem or general querries .If there was a problem with the product you could simply just ask for refund and s that was it.No questions asked or anything.There used to be a 30 days replacement policy on all the products .Problem now is that it has become really useless now.The product during sales are sold at their Original MRP even more than that by giving fake discounts.This not called SALE flipkart.Its called cheating .Even in the great sale also.The problem with flipkart now is that you have to be customer to even get to customer care support. What I mean is if you bought something like shoes or any product only then you can get to the customer care.For instance you see a product in their website .The reviews says another story and the product description another you think of clearing this issue by calling .But no you can't do that, Because first there will be this machine who will say that call us from the registered phone number and if your do call it will say you haven't bought any product recently and disconnects.Even if you bought get through that, it will say all our customer care is busy and it won't say it will call or hold the line no. It will disconnect immediately. Simple. Like I wanted to know about a Laptop.I wanted to know what GPU is it. Is it Nvidia or intel graphics because it comes in both varients at the almost the same price. Reviews said they ordered Nvidia one and they got Intel one, and in the description it said Nvidia 940m GTX.Obviously confused I called but machine first disconnected me. Then I got through that it disconnected me again and then it said PLEASE CHECK THE INFO IN OUR APP ALL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE THERE. Seriously? You think I can't read? Why would I call you if I didn't read all the details and still have questions about it.? That day just couldn't get through them to some customer care support.Now there is this incident. Me and my friends were buying the Redmi Note 4 black. So we three got it we ordered it. Then my friends went home for a day and that same day we were going to receive the phones. My friends then said they don't want the phone. I explained the issue to customer care when I got through the machine. They said its in same packaging so you have to accept it and then you can file a request for return of 2 other phones. This guy didn't told me that return are acceptable only for replacement not for refund. So I paid for all the phones and when I filed the request they said we don't accept such request. That is why you can never trust Flipkart customer support. They are not there to help but only and only to make sales. How he tricked me to buy all the phones. Thankfully the demand for phones was high so I was able to recover the losses. But from that day I never ever bought anything from Flipkart. How can you think of spending your money when you can't even trust them. They should invest in customer care support then to buy the e-commerce websites.If it continues doesn't matter they acquire all the e-commerce websites they will never be able to top Amazon.
