I recently bought moto X play on flipkart.com, along with a tempered glass protector for the same. The phone and the tempered glass were delivered to me in 5 days after ordering. But the tempered glass was smaller than the phone, so I registered for a refund. The glass was picked the next day, and the amount was refunded the same day.
If you are going to order something via flipkart.com, you do not need to bother about the quality of product and service after delivery.
