Flip kart is a trustable online shoping website. I have bought a mobile phone from flipkart(Asus Zenphone). According to their policies, we can change our product within 30 days.
But due to some reason my mobile speaker stop working after 7 days of my purchasing.
I have raise one complaint for my mobile phone. Instead of reparing that mobile phone from the service center they has replaced my mobile phone with new one. They work on their rule. Their delivery is within time. Products present on this site is genuine.
Customer of flip kart please, see the review for the product before purchaging it.
Flipkart has the collection of different types of genuine produts(cloths, book, electronic, Shoes etc).
